Return Policy

We want to be sure you're satisfied with every purchase from Kademi, so we offer no-hassle easy returns! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please let us know so we can make it right!  Read our return policy carefully to proceed with your return. All returns will be for store credit only.
  • All return packages must be received within 30 days of the date of original purchase. 
  • Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package. 
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of a Kademi store credit which can be used on our website by telling us in the "comments about your order section" under "Payments and Other Information", through social shop by commenting "use in store credit", or in store.
  • You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed, and the amount of credit that has been applied to your account.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error. 
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Exchanges can be made for any item in our stores. 
  • We do not accept returns on jewelry.

You cannot return or exchange if:

  •  It has been more than 30 days since the original purchase date.
  •  If your purchase was on clearance.
  •  If the items you ordered are not in their original package...unwashed, unworn, & smoke-free condition.
  •  If the original tags are not attached.

Items returned not in compliance with our return policy will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
