Kademi wants all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their orders. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we may resolve your concerns. All returns must include the products with their original packaging. Once we receive this, your credit card will be credited for the total amount minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns on personalized products.
If the box looks opened or damaged, please let us know immediately so that we can start a claim with the carrier. Products that are damaged during shipping will be replaced, but may be needed for inspection by us and/or the carrier so please keep all shipping/packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
